Safety concern

The room itself was clean. 5 star for housekeeping. The morning after checked in; I realized I slept with an open door. The door seems lock: but with a little push it opened. I called the front desk to report the finding. The manager came then moved us to room 331. Room 331 was worst ... the door also doesn't lock, and no dead bolt. So we had to move back to room 222 even though the door was not secured. And the TV did not work during the entire stay.

Clean. Good surroundings. Bed-firm. Breakfast a little on the too healthy side. Egg-white vegetarian omelette only egg choice. Good bakery items.
