Crazy hot, awkward environment

Never actually interacted with anyone from the hotel as they have very limited staff hours and we checked in at 7:00 pm and they were already gone and then we left at 6:00 am for the airport and no one was in yet. The place was clean but when we arrived it was fully closed up with no AC and it was 85 degrees. It was only a high of 64 degrees that day, so any attempt by the staff to open it up during the day would have reduced the temperature to a normal range. We opened up all the windows and doors while awake which decreased temperature a bit but we weren’t comfortable in the unsecured motel area leaving the windows open while we slept.

Comfortable and well located motel

Very comfortable 60’s style motel with large rooms - small apartments really - located a little more than a block from the bustling village. Tranquil location, accommodating manager and easy on-street parking. I would definitely stay here sgain

We absolutely adore this property! Its prime location puts you just a leisurely stroll away from the stunning beach, delightful restaurants, lively pubs, and fantastic golf courses. The staff consistently exudes warmth and friendliness, making every visit truly special. Each room is a charming sanctuary, fully equipped with everything you need, including plates, cups, dishes, a spacious fridge and freezer, a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, and so much more. The location is great, walkable to lots of little restaurants. Property is what appears to be single apartments turned hotel. It’s a little dated but gets the job done. Full kitchen is nice. No TV in the bedroom. No elevator but the stairs are manageable.

The hotel is in a nice location with walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The reason that I have an overall 2 stars is that the living room uses gas for heat and we can smell gas in the morning. I had to turn on the vent, opened the windows and door to clear out the smell. I don’t know if other rooms have the same problem but I will not come back.

Horrible Blinds for Privacy

The place is quite quaint, but the blinds are terrible. You don't have full privacy, because the blinds show the outside from each sides of the windows and people can see in. It smells like my grandma's house, vintage kinda smell. It was clean tho but very dated.
