The facilities - both public areas and room - were beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was helpful, efficient, and kind. The breakfast was perhaps the best of the hotels I've stayed at (fresh, tasty, well stocked, clean areas, great service).

Love the ambiance, quirky. In the middle of Chicago, so one side window was facing a parking garage and the other was other hotel rooms, but had really cool arty mannequins “flying”. Beds were comfortable, bathroom small but nice.

I loved my room it was clean. I do not eat the breakfast nor use the pool so no opinion on that. The gentleman at the front helped me with my door key. I was turning the handle wrong way. I always stay here when in town.
