Decent location -- somewhat busy street right out front but close to two train stations on popular lines. Very walkable to lots of shops and restaurants but the few blocks right around the hotel are slim.

The location was great, within a few minutes walk to bus and subway stops and about 15 minutes walk to the covered market arcades. The room was as pictured and the property is new and very clean. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were really hard. The kitchenette was well equipped for simple meals. The sauna / spa costs an extra 5000Y, which is not mentioned in the advertising, so we didn’t use that. The only downside was the lack of reception staff, which means that you can’t send or receive your baggage. If you check in online before you arrive, it will save you time and energy. I saw some travelers struggling with the process in the lobby. We did see staff quite often in the lobby and they were always super helpful and pleasant.
