Perfect spot for our family

The staff was welcoming and helpful. Rooms were a good size for our family of 4. The bathroom had an unusual smell, but overall it was a great room. Location is perfect with easy access to subway, train and buses. Lots of dinning options in the nearby kyoto station. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was perfect with adjoining connected rooms for our family of 7. It was close to Shinkansen and subway. The room was comfortable and the shower/bath was very large. Service was excellent. Good to have laundry.

Great hotel and staff. Just make sure you get a room on the back side of the building. Rooms facing the front get too much railway noise. Staff was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Mimaru Kyoto station. The location is superb, check-in and check-out was smooth and easy, the front desk staff are friendly and no issue with communication. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Kyoto in future!

Just recently stayed 3 nights with my brother and our mum. This was our 2nd visit and once again did not disappoint. Want to say a HUGE thank you to Yuko and Zun in particular for their outstanding hospitality. Thank you so much. It’s people like you that make our stay even more enjoyable. The rest of the staff are also so friendly, The hotel is amazing. Amazing large rooms, bathrooms, good beds and pillows, and being a small hotel, it really gives a nice sense of being valued as a customer. Very convenient to seven eleven downstairs and train station which made our stay for 5 nights enjoyable. Room was clean and layout was good for our family of four. Room was carpeted and i was worried there might be certain smells etc. But room was in excellent condition with no smells at all. Would definitely stay here again.
