Staffs are all friendly and helpful. It is less than two blocks walk to the outdoor mall. The room has nice air conditioner and you can adjust the temperature to your liking. It is raining season so it rains every day but not all day. It heavy rain and then stop. The bed I slept in was comfy. The hotel has two restaurants. I prefer to eat the traditional Balinese dishes but they have western food as well. The Kuta beach is across the street. Be careful of the ladies and men will try to sell their stuff and sell their services like massage and hair braiding. I was hassle by them .

I do not recommend staying here at all. - All of the doors were warped. - Bed was like sleeping on a rock ( literally) - The shower had no hot water - Black mold in the shower. - Toothpaste from the previous occupants all up the wall. - Tv randomly turned on in the middle of the night. ( And the best ) both my friend and i got Bali belly 2 hours after eating in their restaurant. My advice, go anywhere else. ( i have photos)

Got everything traditional hotel ,swimming pool ,restaurant, and the 69 bar if you want a night at the hotel plenty of entertainment and amenities, boardwalk shopping centre right next door ,would stay there again!

The hotel is rather old and has bug and bug droppings at places that are seldom cleaned. Mosquitoes are able to enter. That said, the staff do make an effort and the food is good, except for breakfast. Location is unbeatable for the price, in Kuta.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and had a patio area. The breakfast options were sufficient. There are several places to eat or have coffee nearby. The WiFi was just okay. It’s not far from the beach, but you have to walk a long way to get there.

Nice staff, traditional Bali style hotel, on a busy street however could hear no traffic when inside the hotel, location is right on the beach and next to the shopping centre however didn’t seem to have many options for restaurants within the immediate vicinity, had to walk around 10-15 minutes to find nice places to eat that weren’t in the hotel. Overall good experience :)

Outstanding value for money with beautiful grounds and excellent pool. Buffet dinner was excellent with good fresh seafood. Opposite to Kuta beach for beer at sunset people watching. Highly recommended.

We stayed only one night at this property. It is centrally located in Kuta, right in front of the Kuta Beach. Easy walking to the beach and lots of shopping and dining options. We loved their breakfast spread with lots of options. Friendly staff and well maintained property. The only con was they don't have a lift in the property, but it is only has two floors. The staff was kind enough to help us with the luggage.

I lucked out coming here when my flight was canceled. Staff was great. All very helpful and accommodating. They were booked the following night but held my luggage and encouraged me to enjoy the facilities after I checked out. Nice pool, restaurant and very walkable. Near the mall and across from the beach. There was some construction on the property as they were remodeling, but it was not intrucive or noisy, just visible in one area. Highly recommend. Wish I could have finished my stay there.
