Terrible connection, keeps dropping even in areas with good connection, makes the smart TV useless. Other minor problems: Shower gel is only enough for 1 person/1 shower, have to keep asking them to replace it. Staff woke us up in the afternoon despite a DND sign on the door. Level of service depends on who you're talking to, can be very inconsistent."
