Grand Hotel Zagreb
"This hotel was an amazing find. Not necessarily centrally located but was everything we needed for our 2 nights in Zagreb. Ubers were always available as this hotel is on the west side of town and about a 15 minute Uber ride from wherever we went. The hotel itself is new and very nice. The room was nice, the pool was nice, we had massages which were kind of hard to find times but still worked good. We ate at the restaurant on site which was comparitively inexpensive but excellent. Nobody was there as they apparantly do not get much outside traffic and most of the guests are there for conventions or "half board", which meant they have their own buffet. It was weird dining alone in a big restaurant but was actually kind of nice and the service was still excellent. The breakfast was very good and had everyhthing necessary. I would highly recommend this hotel as long as you don't mind being a short ride from Old town, city center, parks, train station, airport."
