A hotel that is located just off the old town square. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities were also provided in the room. Just note however that Krakow is a city where the bars and clubs run until the early hours so you will hear people on the street. Ear buds are supplied in the room to combat any noise. The staff are very friendly and helpful and arranged a trip for myself to go to Auschwitz with a local tour operator.

Lovey hotel right in the centre of krakow. Nice rooms, very clean and nice shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat all around the location. Would stay again if I was in Krakow.

Lovely room, bit noisy at night but to be expected as at front of hotel in old town. No lift so three flights of stairs if on third floor, not good if you’re unfit.However we had a lovely time in Krakow. Room very clean

Great location, hotel suite was very spacious and sunny but a bit noisy above garden restaurant in the courtyard but well-insulated windows did the trick. The only thing we missed was a small fridge to keep cold water and milk during hot summer days, everything else was great and local food in both hotel breakfast and dining was delicious! We will definitely come back!

Hotel Rezydent is in the best location for visiting Krakow and only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the airport bus point. The neighbourhood is amazing and very central with points of interest, shopping, cafes, restaurant etc.. all within walking distance you can't ask for more when looking for a central location. The staff at Rezydent were friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was lovely and good choices, the breakfast area was in the basement which was very unique and I loved the design and decor of it. My room was great, bigger than I expected for a single room but everything in it was good and the bathroom was perfect. I liked that the hotel is environmentally friendly and a lift is available as well as stairs. The only downside to the hotel was the due to the central location there was outside noise throughout the night but it comes hand in hand being in the city centre and the hotel is aware of this hence the ear plugs in the room which worked a treat and I do recommend hotel Rezydent.

Close to Market place & very walkable everywhere. It was clean & tidy. Breakfast was ok. No milk in bedrooms as was labled on the hot drinks facilities. Hot drinks not replenished but otherwise ok. Staff very pleasent & made us feel welcome.
