Clean room, added extras of the free drinks which were re filled every day and the complimentary prosecco. Lovely modern hotel and being able to have that chill out time in the sauna and jacuzzi was an extra bonus would definitely stay again.

We stayed at The Loft Hotel for three nights and absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The complimentary prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch, and having the minibar restocked with soft drinks was a nice bonus too. The room itself was very modern and stylish, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was powerful and properly hot. The coffee machine in the room was excellent, WiFi was fast and free, and while the TV was huge, there were unfortunately no English channels so we didn’t really use it. The real highlight for us was the rooftop jacuzzi and sauna. We went up there every evening with a drink to relax after a full day of exploring the city, and it was never busy, most nights we had it completely to ourselves. It was easily our favourite feature of the hotel. Breakfast was consistently very good, with quality coffee and freshly made scrambled eggs, omelettes and other hot options, which we really appreciated. The bar prices were also very reasonable, and we ate dinner one night in the restaurant downstairs where we had a pizza and a burger, both of which were genuinely tasty.

Fabulous hotel in great location. Rooms were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was great too. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Beata on reception. Plenty of variety plus hot food that can be freshly prepared. Hot tub on the roof was a bonus to rest your achy joints after a day's walking. Would definitely recommend.

Staff were welcoming and very attentive, personally we didn’t use the restaurant but we were provided with lunch to take with us on our excursions. The sauna and hot tub facilities were a lovely bonus, the mini bar in our rooms were always full, alongside our room cleaned daily.

We’ll recommend! We had a very lovey stay. The hotel is top class! Very modern, the room is class. Everything that we need is already available. There was a free bottle of Prosecco that we really enjoyed and the 24 hour jacuzzi definitely made our trip memorable. Staff were friendly, clean and comfortable room. Near to train station and to everything.

Check-in was quick. No hotel lobby. The room was basic. Some of the fixtures were broken and the room was too dark almost like a sleazy motel. The only plus for this hotel is it’s very close to the train station and breakfast spread was quite good.

A luxury hotel with everything you need. Perfectly located by the train station and within 10 mins walking distance to the main square. Excellent choice for adults wanting luxury for an affordable price. The jacuzzi on the roof was a bonus with amazing views of the city. Will definitely be visiting this hotel again.

Great property in an ideal location right next to the train station and a very short walk to Old Town. Room was fab with great amenities and we really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after lots of walking! My only downside is that once the trams started in the morning it would have been great to have some ear plugs. That being said, I’d 100% stay here again next time we are in Krakow!

Great location to visit the town and great to have such a close railway station direct to the airport. The staff were great and we were very pleasantly surprised to learn that they give a bottle of superb champagne on our first night. We enjoyed this in the rooftop hot tub.
