This hotel is a gem; from the beautiful pools to the surrounding scenery to the incredible, hardworking employees. My friend and I stayed one week and the hospitality was next level. We felt very taken care of in all aspects. We loved lounging by the pools and strolling along the surrounding streets of shops and restaurants. The Pho restaurant that is part of the Panan is a must visit. Absolutely delicious. And the deep tissue massage at the hotel was glorious. We can’t stop raving about this hotel to our friends and family! We feel very blessed for the opportunity to stay here. Thank you for an unforgettable time!

A beautiful resort in the heart of Krabi. Lovely swim-up pool bar with plenty of loungers and yummy 2-for-1 happy hour cocktails. The buffet breakfast was superb!! This place was the perfect way to start my Thailand adventure. I recommend taking a longboat to Railay West for the day. You can book just down on the corner near the beach. My only negative is that the bed was very hard. You may be able to request a soft bed when booking.

This hotel was a very nice place to stay in Ao Nang, it was reasonably priced and was a beautiful property! We loved the jungle vibe that the property gave, and it was in a quiet area so we got good rest. The food at the resturant was not our favorite, but there are many resturants super close around. The Pho place that I belive is part of the hotel was really good. The staff were friendly and the room was really nice. We definately enjoyed our stay.

A gf and I stayed here for a few days while visiting, the staff are the real stars of the hotel. Everyone is amazing and soooo friendly. The resort is pretty cool, but does have some areas in need of a small repair or good cleaning. Originally we ended up being put in a room with a joint door and heard our neighbors fight off and on for hours...then leave, come back at 430am and have obnoxious $3x for an hour. We called the front desk at 530am and asked to switch rooms and we're immediately met by the front desk and they put us in a new room. After we slept for a few hours we chatted with the front desk and they upgraded us to a larger suite. Again, the staff are amazing and do such a fantastic job at accommodating guests. The food at the hotel was meh, we tried the buffet breakfast and the pho restaurant and both were mediocre sadly. We had the BEST bartender (this is actually a shout out to the bartender named Best), had a very good chat with them while we hung out at the pool bar. We also got massages during our stay and the ladies were excellent (Candy and Yeah), they don't have a 'spa' per se but a room that has been converted to act as one. Overall the facilities are great and I do recommend staying here.

Great property but the housekeeping never happened on time and for two days we couldn’t get our room cleaned because when I tried to book the room cleaning service in the app, they didn’t adhere to the time at all - I put in 12:40 because we’d be out, but they came around 6 which I think is not okay.
