This place is strategically located among a very busy area in TST. Just a bit hard to reach with the taxi as you have to walk up by the main road. Stayed here over new year and was a bit noisy from the crowd outside (there's quite a few bars etc downstairs)

We arrived early as we were coming from a cruise ship. The taxi took us to what looked like a back lane. We passed by many closed bars and restaurants. We found a sign for the Perkin Hotel between 2 bars. The hotel starts on the 5th floor. Once we found the Perkin Hotel it was great. They don’t have a restaurant but offer muffins, coffee, tea and water in the lobby. We booked the Honeymoon Suite because it had a king bed. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large and clean. The staff were very helpful and we got fresh towels everyday. We were right next door to a huge mall. It is walking distance to the waterfront and the Temple Street Night Market. We had dinner at an Indian restaurant in the next building that was great. We couldn’t hear any noise from the downstairs bars. The location turned out to be fantastic. And the air conditioning worked well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are great - lots of space, great view, and the best pressure shower in any hotel in Hong Kong that I have experienced. However there are lots of bars which are noisy with really annoying

Very spacious room as we booked the Grand King Room.The bath room was nice and big, and the shower stall was large too, water pressure was also very nice. The room with lots of windows on both side gave me lots of light. We love this room. We will book it again if we go back to HK.

The hotel is a little dates especially when maintenance is inadequate. There is a constant noise in the room that sounds like a spinning washing machine. Molds are spotted in the bathroom and hair on the floor.

Did not like the fact that everytime you need to get back to the hotel you have to pass by a row of Bars with staff being pushy for you to go inside for a drink. For the price of the hotel, the room was a bit run down. Also my Expedia status said I would get $117 HK for food & drink and when I asked the hotel front desk said they do not know anything about it and to ask Expedia. Not impressed with that. It’s something that the hotel has arranged as a VIP option and should know about it not for me to ask Expedia

Right near the Mira shopping mall, and upstairs of all the bars in Knutsford terrace, although there was no noise whatsoever during the night. Only thing was dusty floors but otherwise great stay with good amenities!

One night in Hong Kong

It was extremely cold in the room and the thermostat didn’t seem to work, so I just turned it off. Cold most of the night. The hotel was very hard to find, there should be instructions on the main page of how to get there. There were plenty of bars I had to walk through during there prime time to find the place. A few bouncers were nice enough to navigate us to the small door for the hotel. I was traveling with an 11 year old child.
