Beautiful and updated property. Views from the window is gorgeous and the top floor patio has the best view of the Harbor. Staff were very friendly and on top of getting us checked in and helping us on a day by day basis.

I was told that I could change payment method upon departure. But I found out my credit card was charged already and I need to contact Hotel.com to negotiate changing payment method. I had also tried to cancel my booking prior to 18 of Sept due to typhoon issue but my cancellation effort could never got through. It has been a very frustrating experience.

The premium harbor king size room was absolutely perfect. The view was unbelievable and there is so much to do in the area. The restaurant at the hotel is wonderful and the food was excellent. We had the most incredible time during our stay. I would have to say above all, the best part was the amazing staff. They had a personalized note waiting for us when we arrived, and they even had our names on the tv screen welcoming us. Every staff member went over and above every expectation we had to make our experience the most memorable and we were very impressed how important it was to everyone that we were most comfortable and that we had everything we needed at all times. We didn’t have to ask for anything because they were always prepared for everything and knew what we needed even before we knew. We are very pleased with every part of our stay. Thank you Mondrian Hong Kong staff.

Very convenient location, 3mins walk to train station and shopping centre. Very close to lots of good dining options. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were all very lovely, friendly and helpful. Gym equipment also modern and well maintained. Overall, highly recommend and would come back!!

I like the location very close to the train station. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Not much of amenities. The room is okay not wow for 4.5 star hotel. But i would stay here again if i visit hongkong
