Very clean and quiet. Large rooms. If you stay and plan to shop at their cafe (Fine Foods Shop), make sure you mention that you’re a hotel guest in order to get discounts on most items. They do ask about membership but they do not consistently ask about guest status.

This is literally a 5-star type hotel. It is super clean, the amenities are top-notch (Do NOT forget to visit the Sky Garden and rooftop pool. We did not bring swimwear and it was a tad cold in the mornings so we could not have a dip, but the view of the harbour was incredible from the rooftop.) and the staff is highly professional. We were upgraded to a much bigger, corner suite because of my Expedia membership. As a family of 3 with a teenage daughter, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Hong Kong in the future. Note that this hotel is nearer to the airport and train stations so very easy to get around. You can even take the train (2 transfers) to Sunnybay station going to Disneyland.
