"There was a real problem at the Radisson with the handling of passports. I was part of a tour group and our passports were turned over en masse to the reception desk. We were told to pick them up later. One couple went to the desk to get their passports and were handed all 30 passports and told "to find their own." They could have taken other passports. When I went to the desk to get my passport, I was told, "It's not here." I screamed until they finally found my passport. Not acceptable. Do not trust this hotel with your passport."
