Get ready for an awesome stay at this fun and freshly remodeled vacation rental in Poipu Kai Resort! This ground-floor condo is peaceful and quiet - tucked away from the busy road and parking lot, right next to a big green lawn and looking out at the pool and hot tub, perfect for jumping in after a beach day.

POOL RENOVATION NOTICE (October 25 - November 25, 2026)
The pool next to our building will be closed for replastering from October 25 to November 25, 2026. During this period guests may hear intermittent construction noise from saw cutting, demolition and tile work. Pool 2 and the Poipu Kai pool remain fully available throughout, and we have reduced the nightly rate to reflect the temporary inconvenience. Mahalo for your understanding!

THE CONDO - REGENCY 410
This extravagant 1,300 square foot ground-floor condo at The Regency resort has all the amenities. Each of the two bedrooms is very spacious and has a dedicated bathroom, giving everyone privacy. We fell in love with the spacious floor plan, hip interior and lush tropical surroundings, and hope you will too!

Stay cool with air conditioning in both bedrooms (please note A/C is only in the bedrooms; the living area has ceiling and floor fans) or open up the lanai and enjoy a refreshing breeze through the condo. The condo's location provides easy access to the pool and BBQ area, and the beach is an easy walk away. We provide the pool and beach toys so you can focus on the fun!

- Primary bedroom: king bed; primary bath with double sink and walk-in shower
- 2nd bedroom: two twin beds; the bathroom across the hallway has a shower-bathtub combo

LOCATION
Stroll down the lush greenbelt to Kauai's best beaches (Brennecke's Beach, Poipu Beach Park and Shipwrecks Beach). The condo is part of The Regency resort with two pools, hot tubs and tennis courts. Self-parking is complimentary and a dedicated parking spot is provided.

This clean, comfortable condo is in a great location! It is the downstairs unit in one of many similar buildings on a huge greenbelt that runs along the ocean by Brennecke's Beach, beside Poipu and the Hyatt on the other side. You can walk on the paved paths of the greenbelt to the beach, South along the paths in front of the Hyatt to the Koloa Heritage Trail, or North to get to Puka Dog or Brennecke's Beach Broiler to eat all in about 5-10 minutes. The beds are very firm and the linens provided are soft. There are 4 nice beach chairs and towels to use, and a few board games in the front bedroom dresser. The kitchen has almost everything you need to cook, including a blender, colander, small rice cooker, pots and pans, peeler, utensils etc. and plenty of dishes. A previous guest already mentioned that someone super inconsiderate has scratched up the non-stick pan, so that's perturbing. The lanai is small and of course there isn't a view, but it's surrounded by pretty foliage. The cushions on the outdoor furniture are flat so it gets kind of uncomfortable. Nevertheless, we did enjoy sitting out there a couple of times to savor the cool morning or evening ocean air, but just don't expect to be lounging around on a nice big deck at this condo. This unit is RIGHT in front of the pool so you can just walk out the door and lounge by one of 3 pools & jacuzzis. We used one of the other pools once b/c there were a lot of kids. The condo was really spacious & the host gracious - Enjoy!
