We had a great stay, but will not be booking through Travelocity again. When we arrived at the hotel they had no record of us or our stay. The staff was amazing and got us into a room and worked with Travelocity on the issue. Overall, our stay was great. The rooms and grounds are clean. You are able to walk to a rocky shoreline, which was great to watch the waves and get some great pictures. The hotel is close to many great restaurants and excursions. I would recommend the Hilton Vacation Club to anyone coming to stay in Kauai!

Loved the easy going, home-like feel of the resort. It was a quick walk to Shipwreck beach and to see turtles off the point. We really connected with the team at the Hona Cove Bar & Grill. They all really welcomed us and attended to our needs - Thank you Mike and Maria! If there was an area to work on, it would be the front reception and concierge teams. It was hit and miss with them on hospitality - not bad, just not always stellar.

Wry beautiful cascading waterfall ponds in middle. So relaxing! Condo had all we needed and the maintenance and housekeeping were great! Security was a little intense here. But very close to Poipu and ocean and Shipwreck Beach! Lovely stay!!

We loved it their two years ago and told a lot of people. This time we had on one paper checkout the 12th of May after our flights were changed by yous.'s our flight was changed to leave at 9:49 pm and added a extra stop. we didn't get a lot of sleep the bathroom had a high pictuced noise almost like a fire alarm going off every night and some during the day that keept us awake.called and sent someone to fix we were not their but didn't fix it. tryied to call several times and no one ansered the phone the last day the elevatior was broke didn't clean the room even one time in 10 days said if needed new towels or sheets a large charge or could pay for services nothing like the first time.the only food was not really good has went way down and still high fees charged. I fealt like I really got a bad deal

This room was amazing and the pool was perfect for my 10year old and I too both have fun. No beach but the pool feels like a beach

Misrepresentation of beach access. Room is dated and inefficient, elevator sticks, pool stinks, desk clerks are grumpy and unhelpful. Overall I would rate it at a 2

The property was beautiful. The grounds where lush and clean and the location was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised by the room being so updated and clean. The pool had a sandy area to lounge on and a bar. It was a short and gorgeous walk to a beautiful beach The service was great. We will definitely be going back to the Point at Poipu.
