"The hotel is in beautifully restored historic building with modern amenities. The rooms are spacious with a rain-shower. We loved the eco friendly effort of not using plastics. The location is ideal for visiting old Bukhara being walking distance to the Kalon tower, Lyabi Khause and Chor Minor. The staff was super helpful and arranged reliable transfers for us. We had an awesome stay."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, and the hotel has a nice yard. The location is convenient—close to the station, which is great if you're arriving late or leaving early. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. "Very friendly staff who go out of their way to be helpful but I would say that the property is over trading and in need of proper updating. It’s rated four star, this maybe because of the pool and spa facilities on offer but the gym could not be used during the day as way too hot, bedrooms, at least the ones I saw, were small, tired and did not have fridges or secure safe facilities and overlooked building utilities but were all charged at European 3* rates. But equally I did not visit other Bukhara hotels so I can’t compare but in comparison to Samarkand and khiva, the accommodation was poor. "

"Love the area. It’s ideal for people traveling with backpack and no heavy luggage to take on staircases. One thing that bothered me was that we paid usd 18 for tourist taxes for 3 nights and employee wanted to give us only 1 night receipt. Point being that honesty must be displayed by staff to be respected."
