There was so much dirt underneath the beds, leftovers of food, gunk and dust. The final straw was somebody's dirty underwear lying beneath one of the beds. We were given a second room, but it wasn't better at all. There were spots on the bed linen, and it doesn't look like on photos at all. We also made videos of this horror. We decided not to stay because my wife felt extremely unsafe: there were people running and shouting in the corridor, and some lady crying in another room. We KINDLY asked for refund, but we were denied. I would strongly advise anyone against staying in this hotel"
