Fast, reliable internet throughout made staying connected effortless. We were there during the Gen Z protests, and this is where Mercure Kathmandu truly shone. Staff were calm, composed, and extraordinarily professional. Thoughtful safety measures—discreet yet effective—kept us reassured without ever feeling confined. They acknowledged what was happening outside while maintaining a comfortable, normal atmosphere. Communication was clear, empathy genuine, and care above expectations. While we’d love to name individuals, every team member was exceptional—from front desk and housekeeping to dining, security, and management.
