It was disgusting. A “non-smoking room that smelled so badly of smoke. We had to wash everything immediately afterwards. The floor was so sticky, my shoes were peeling off the floor and the tv did not work. The manager was understanding and apologetic, but will not be staying again.

Although one guy at the front desk was helpful. The manager was not accomodating. The room was dirty, stains on the mattresses, hair in the sheets. The toilet had a scum lining and was just dirty. When asked to switch rooms, we were switched to a room that was dirtier than the first. Police outside around the hotel, and told us it was not safe. We left and stayed elsewhere.
