Place was old and very run down. Didn't look like the pictures. Had to switch from the first room I was due to noise and stained carpets. I have been very happy with the BWPs until this one. Won't be staying there again. Front desk staff when I first arrived was not at all friendly but the rest were good. Breakfast was nothing like the other BWPs either, very lacking.

Staff was great! I understand there may be some renovations coming soon. However, I am sorry to say that CURRENTLY this hotel is not up to snuff😩 Property is old and deficient. My room had a very musty smell and there were several bugs in the bathroom. Pillows and linens were uncomfortable. There is supposed to be a difference between a Best-Western and a Best-Western-PLUS Even though there is a pool, do not consider this a BW-PLUS.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was very disappointed with the condition of the room. I was informed that all the rooms in the property are to be completely renovated starting shortly. The full breakfast was acceptable, however, there was not enough seating for everyone.
