Coffee was great! I chose this place for the free breakfast. The pool and hot tub were a plus. The elevator was dead slow some times and we took the stairs down from the 7th floor The bathroom needed more lighting, the toilet kept running. Over $200 is a lot for a room like that but that seems to be the cost of travel.

I loved the property. Close to highway 401. Shopping around and quite variety of stores suits for shopping trip Only problem was the room was dusty man! You could write your name on the lamp There was used coffee pod in the coffee maker too Nice place honestly but they need to keep it up to standard for all sorts of guests

We appreciated the comfort of the room, as well as the complimentary breakfast and coffee. However, the pool area did not appear very clean, as there was an unusual odor. Additionally, we would have appreciated more accessible power outlets to charge our electronic devices.

Great stay and great price!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly and tentative. Th entire hotel is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is phenomenal. It's located in an area with everything nearby, pharmacy, grocery, plenty of restaurants, gas, and so much more. We stayed for six nights and will definitely stay here again.

Dont like bashing businesses but come on best western. This hotel needs to be shut down an completly renovated top to bottom. It has so much potential but its beyond dated. Mould and water damage everywhere. They are aparently starting renovation in sept 2025. Felt bad for staff because they have to try to defend this awful mess. Beds were caved in so i asked for another room with decent beds. Dont fall for the free buffet.

Hello Horrible experience at check in. We got our keys room and when we went to the room we couldn't come in. The keys weren't working. We went back to the reception and got new keys. We went back to the room the keys were working however the room had a guest. Very uncomfortable experience. We went back to the reception and they realized they assigned us to a wrong room. 😕😕

Great Breakfast. They helped me book two rooms with connections for my families. They remembered my request for a roll away bed. Everything is comfortable and just perfect enough for our family. It's very convenient to get go on the highway.

This hotel needs to renovate the rooms. The tubs are so dirty (stained) that housekeeping could not possibly get it clean. Taps in the bathroom were so loose. I could Not picture myself even showering in there so I went down to the lobby to see if I could change rooms. (I have never done that before) but the young lady at the desk Elena helped Me by taking Me into probably 5 or 6 rooms to see if there was one that was somewhat better for My liking. We did find one and within 5 minutes I changed Our room. I thanked Her and apologized but This Hotel Definately Needs A lot of TLC.
