Hotel Deutsches Haus
"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Deutsches Haus. We stayed in the historic Deutsches Haus building, right in the heart of the medieval old town. The building itself is beautiful and full of character. The hallways almost feel like walking through an art museum, while the rooms have been completely updated. Our room was outstanding, with a great view over the square, a comfortable bed, and a beautiful modern bathroom and shower. Staying inside the medieval city walls was a fantastic experience. We could simply walk out the door and explore Dinkelsbühl on foot. The town is lively and has plenty to see and do, and we found it much less busy and crowded than Rothenburg ob der Tauber, which added to its charm. The included breakfast was excellent and served in the main building where reception is located. The historic building does not have an elevator, which wasn't a problem for us and is worth knowing. The hotel also has limited parking nearby, so if you're arriving by car, I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. A wonderful hotel in a beautiful historic town and one of the highlights of our trip through Germany."
