Just needed lots of updates & some cleaning. The photo on the website was accurate but deceiving. The floor was wet near the air condition, the shower curtain was filthy, as well as the tub. The hardware around the doors and the drawers were completely rusted. I was totally in shock. The TV did not work. Someone did come to look at it and basically said all they could do is put us in another room but we were only staying for one day… it should have worked whether we were there for 1 day or one hour! You could tell the room hadn’t been dusted. Pillows were flat. I recently stayed in LaQuinta in Katy, TX & it was excellent- so I wanted to stick with the Brand. BIG MISTAKE.

I enjoyed my stay! There was a strange whining sound in the bathroom when you turned on the light, but after a few minutes it stopped. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly!

So we didnt end up staying here due to us finding another La Quinta closer to the location we wanted and even though we canceled the stay, they STILL CHARGED US THE ENTIRE AMOUNT. We were told we would only be charged for one night, so basically they lied. I called to fix the charges and they had no record of us canceling or booking at all. SOOOO HOW ARE YOU GOING TO CHARGE US???

The rooms were terrible, the bath tub was dirty, and the floors were oily and had a dead cockroach when we walked in. The man working the front desk was nice enough to refund us the second night but ended up paying to stay at another hotel the first night. My eleven year old who is the least precocious kid on earth asked if we could please find another hotel. It was one of the worst hotels ai have seen in a long time.
