Bonus den space off of the kitchen and living area could be used as an additional sleeping area thanks to the comfy sleeper sofa and separate space with sliding doors and shutters for privacy.
The living area seamlessly flows out to the lanai through the floor-to-ceiling glass sliders where you can utilize your own private gas grill.
Enjoy the serene primary bedroom boasting a large en-suite primary bath with double vanity, deep soaking tub, marble shower, private bathroom, and spacious walk-in closet with personal sized safe.
