Comfortable condo, well equipped, very clean. Our only complaint was that this unit is on the 4th floor and the one and only elevator was out of order for 12 of our 14 day stay, so we had to carry beach paraphernalia and groceries up 3 flights of stairs several times a day.

Amazing Maui condo

Amazing condo that feels like home, in the heart of sunny Kihei and across from the beach. This unit is very well equipped and made for the perfect vacation! The entire property is beautifully landscaped and the view from the condo is spectacular.

This beautiful condo in the Kamole Sands development was a wonderful home base for our Maui vacation. The kitchen was well stocked, huge and gorgeous. The grounds of development were like a park!

This a well appointed apartment which was well stocked and in a great location/complex. We needed assistance one day and the property manager was there within the hour on Christmas week.

I'm a frequent traveler and this is THE BEST rental I have ever stayed at. First of all, if you forgot something, don't worry. They have EVERYTHING you could ever need. For example: first aid kit, sunscreen, aloe, toothbrush, curling iron, and a variety of coolers including ice packs. The kitchen was my favorite and included every appliance you could possibly think of. They leave a variety of spices, condiments, oil, sugar, etc. from previous guests which was extremely helpful for us. The home is professionally decorated and has high end finishes that we enjoyed, especially the dimmable lights in most rooms.Despite reading the check in instructions we stumbled to find the correct entrance and then building. The complex is very large and minimally lit.

Excellent condo for our family

What a beautiful condo! We loved our stay here. We stay in a lot of condos for our family vacations and this one definately tops as one of the best. Very well stocked, beautifully decorated and super updates. The 2 queen beds for our teens/young adults was ideal as they don't fit on sofa beds anymore. Ideal location within the complex. Easy walk to the pool or beach, and peak-a-boo-views of the ocean and sunsets. We had a great time and would stay here again.

What a slice of paradise!

This condo was perfect for our stay! My husband and I stayed with our two sons and their wives and we couldn’t have asked for a better home base. Located just across from Kamaole III beach, it was fully stocked with everything we could have needed for our trips to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to do quite a bit of cooking throughout the week. The beds were so comfy, and everything was just beautifully decorated. We are so thankful for Rob and Ron sharing their piece of heaven on earth with us!

Gorgeous, clean and comfortable place!

I absolutely loved this condo and everything about it! The location, the area, the amenities. The check in process, probably one of the easiest I’ve ever experienced and check in staff so nice! About the unit: it was gorgeous, just as pictured in the listing, it was clean and had many items that one wouldn’t think it would come equipped with, there is so much attention to detail in the unit it feels so welcoming (once you book and stay you will know what I mean). You can tell they have a great sense of style and fashion- very modern yet still Hawaiian vibes! When we decide for another Maui trip, we know exactly where we’ll be staying at!

Some minus: The lanai have a nice view but because the air conditionning is exhausting there ,the temperarure is to hot to stay there.We did have some tinny bugs in the kitchen area. Even if we washed few time daily and put some anti bugs spray(they were supply) they came back.Without these two points it is a perfect stay.

Beautifully Decorated

Very beautifully decorated condo with a well-stocked kitchen. Lots of dishes, pans, spices, etc. We appreciated the beach gear too. The grounds were well kept and very pretty. The elevator and garbage chute are very close and convenient. The mattress on the King bed upstairs was a bit lumpy and probably needs replacing. It was hard to find places to store large suitcases but otherwise everything in the condo was great. We felt very safe on the property. However, be aware there are homeless individuals who literally live on the sidewalk across the street from the property entrance. The beach parks across the street (Kamaole) were filled with *tons* of people, noise, and litter 24/7 so we chose to drive to other beaches. These issues were disappointing to us but that’s more of a reflection on the town of Kihei than this particular condo.

Construction woes

First time to Hawaii/Maui. For the most part our trip was awesome! The politeness of the people, the fun excursions were awesome, the beach was fantastic across from the unit. But unfortunately we got the pleasure of being woke up to demolition on the unit next to ours for two days. Nobody disclosed this was going to happen. The noise was unbearable and we were unable to stay in the unit during those days from 9 am till 4 pm. The property manager was quick to respond but unable to do anything about it other than a small refund, less than one day stay there. They were unaware this was going to happen however the building owners knew and said it had been scheduled for months. We are guessing the owners of the unit knew but decided to rent it anyway, not ok in my book. If not for the construction I would give 5 stars. The property was amazing! The unit was clean and beautifully decorated and very well stocked with appliances, dishes, paper products, etc.

The stay was wonderful, the condo was very nicely decorated and stocked well with all the things you need. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils and we loved that the condo had beach supplies as well. The wagon is great for taking everything down to the beach. We would love to stay here again in the future. The AC units worked great for us!!!

Perfect vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a fantastic visit to Maui thanks to PMI and hosts and Kamaole Sands! The condo was perfectly situated! It was well stocked with all that we wanted for the beach. The kitchen was amazing! Beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were comfortable. Out PMI manager even assisted us with our grocery delivery after our flight in was delayed! I couldn’t have asked for more! I would definitely stay again should I be back in Maui! Aloha!

Fabulous location and well appointed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was an easy walk to beaches (3 diff ones).. 10min walk to Kihei. The condo had all the amenities you needed! Top of the line appliances. No door on the upstairs loft where the master bed is just note. Lanai was super relaxing to sit on in the morning with your coffee. Peekaboo view for the beach, but you could be there in three minutes to watch the sunset.
