Aloha! When you rent this condo, you will be renting from me, Kevin. I own, manage and maintain this property. The pictures are recent and accurate. I am the person who answers your questions and assists you if needed. I do not shuffle you around to different units. The condo you see is the one in which you stay. If you have a question on a Saturday, you will receive a response from me and not have to wait until Monday. I make sure you have highest quality Maui experience. My 1 bedroom/1 bath 2nd floor end unit condo is spacious and quiet. Located at Kihei Bay Vista C208 is a small boutique resort across the street from Kalepolepo State Park and The Pacific Whale Foundation. Turtles come on shore at night at the park to sleep. The condo is located within walking distance to two restaurants; Monsoon, an excellent Indian restaurant and Isana, for great fish and sushi.
Bamboo flooring in living and bedroom, stainless steel appliances, queen-sized bed and full-sized futon with 7.5" memory foam make for at-home feel. The lanai overlooks the manicured gardens and crystalline pool, a perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon refreshments. The complex is well lit giving you a safe arrival. A keyless entry system with rotating code ensures a secure contactless entry at any hour.

Get away from the hustle and bustle of the larger condo complexes and book with me. Kihei Bay Vista has only 60 units and is in a private setting. You will enjoy the lovely Hawaiian gardens and view from your very own private lanai. A gas BBQ area, a pristine swimming pool and hot tub await you. The Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary is across the street, as well as 3 miles of Sugar Beach. Also it is close to one of the largest stretches of sandy beach on Maui, perfect for sunbathing, strolls, swimming, jogging, and water sports such as kite boarding and surfing! Catch a whale watch cruise from Maalaea Harbor (during season), just a 10 minute drive from our property

Make your friends jealous. Selfies on a Zip-line through a tropical plantation, snorkeling with turtles or at 10K feet above it all on top of Haleakala! Maui is our home. Contact us for more Maui activity ideas. We can make suggestions; whale watching, island hot spots, dine with celebrity chefs, car rental and seasonal events.

I recommend booking your last night of your stay if you have a late flight. It is much easier to leave from the condo rather than wonder where to sit all day until your plane boards.

Recommendations: I would rent a car. Bring snacks and drinks, picnics are the way to enjoy every day's excursion.

Beaches: Sugar Beach is one of the best on Maui, across the street and 6 miles of white sand awaiting your footprints.
