Menehune Shores is an oceanfront complex located in North Kihei, which is ideal for families and couples that don’t like rain, love beautiful sandy beaches excellent for swimming, snorkeling, sunset watching and enjoyable relaxed condo living! Truly oceanfront, there is a protected swimming and snorkeling beach out front and five miles of Sugar Beach extending from the property north to Maalaea. This is perfect for those early morning walks or ending the day with a gorgeous sunset stroll. Shopping, surfing, and dining are all within a couple of miles. Amazing scuba diving and whale watching tours during the season are nearby as well. If you would like to get dressed up for a night out, fashionable Wailea resorts are a couple of miles away.

Walking into this beautiful updated penthouse condo you will be greeted by a spectacular ocean view. This one bedroom condo has one king size bedroom set, an open living room area, and an outdoor lanai. The living room is suited with a comfortable couch that also turns into a queen-size sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress. Cozy kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook & enjoy. Stacked washer and dryer are available for guests' use.
Our family just updated this condo, which is now filled with new appliances and new custom furniture.
The unit is designed to comfortable sleep two-four people. This condo is a rare find, providing guests with excellent, modern accommodations steps away from the best beaches in Maui at a very reasonable price! As this condo does not currently have ac, we provide multiple fans around the condo to enjoy the daily trade winds that cool the condo.

This is a sixth floor ocean view unit which can be accessed via stairs or elevator.

DETAILED UNIT FEATURES:

• The kitchen has been remodeled and contains new granite counters. High quality, new stainless-steel appliances: dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave.

• The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware, dishware, glassware, silverware, utensils, and numerous small appliances (Keurig and regular coffee makers, toaster, electric hot water kettle, blender and rice cooker).

• The unit dining area, comfortable couch and flat screen Smart HD TV provide guests with a place to rest and relax between other Maui activities.

• The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, plenty of dresser space and closet.

• Smoke detectors are installed in each bedroom and in the kitchen area for your safety.

• You will have full use of the condo except for the owner's locked small closet where we keep all extra supplies for the condo.

UNIT AMENITIES:

• We provide all linens, towels, pillows and blankets. The unit is stocked with beach towels; two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a hard case cooler and two boogie boards and swim kickboard are available for your convenience.

• Pac-n-play crib

• Complimentary starter kit: shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, trash bags

• There is no daily housekeeping service. If you desire additional housekeeping services during your stay, they are available for a discounted fee and could be paid directly to the cleaning crew. Please let us know ahead of time to pre-schedule desired day(s). Please note that stays over two weeks will require house cleaning appointment.

• The Menehune Shores complex features a lovely heated pool. The gated pool area includes lounge chairs. There are multiple gas barbecue grills and picnic tables located by the tropical decorated pool area along with shuffle boards. Additional BBQ grills and dining areas are located on the rooftop. Perfect for gazing at the majestic Haleakala, the west Maui mountains, Molokini, Kahoolawe and Lanai. It is the perfect location to look for whales in the winter and take in those breathtaking sunsets each evening.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo, on the lanai, and in resort common areas

TRAVEL INSURANCE – Please look into this as your first line of defense, as it limits losses for both parties. All major booking sites offer trip insurance that you can purchase at time of booking. Also, many credit cards do offer some sort of travel reimbursement as terms of their program; please check with your credit card company as well, should you chose not to protect your trip with the site you are booking this reservation on.

BEACHES AND ACTIVITIES:

Great location! Menehune Shores is located in desirable North Kihei, right on the beach! It sits right next to the historic 16th century royal fish pond of Kalepolepo. The complex also is twenty minutes from the airport.

To the south, a variety of white sandy beaches along with many restaurants within walking distance. To the south you will find more restaurants, as well as Kalama Park which offers volleyball, basketball, tennis courts, rollerblading, a walking path, and a playground for children.

Enjoy the world famous pleasures of Golf at Wailea, Makena and Ellier golf courses. You can also enjoy the nearby tennis facilities at Wailea Tennis Club. Maui Ocean Center Aquarium is nearby.
