Nuestro condominio de 2 dormitorios está ubicado en el 3er piso en el complejo Kihei Akahi, a pocos pasos de una de las playas más hermosas de Maui: la playa Kamaole II. Grandes vistas al mar desde la terraza. Desayune en el lanai y observe las actividades del océano y por la noche disfrute de las espectaculares puestas de sol de Maui. Disfrute del aire fresco que fluye a través de esta unidad de esquina de los suaves vientos alisios.
Ubicado en el Edificio D, este es un edificio tranquilo en la parte trasera de la propiedad, lejos de la carretera principal.

Las características incluyen: aire acondicionado, lavadora / secadora en la suite, cerradura electrónica de la puerta Kaba (no hay una caja de cerradura torpe para luchar), WiFi de alta velocidad 5G de cortesía, teléfono fijo con llamadas de larga distancia gratuitas a EE. UU. Y Canadá, LED de 45 pulgadas plano TV de pantalla en la sala de estar (¡con Netflix!) El lanai es espacioso y viene equipado con mesas y taburetes Hi top bar y una mesa separada con capacidad para 4 personas para la cena.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size y baño privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 x camas individuales. El segundo baño se encuentra en el pasillo.

La cocina está equipada con todos los utensilios de cocina que necesitará, incluidos los accesorios para barbacoa. La cocina cuenta con microondas, lavavajillas, estufa y nevera. Para divertirse en la playa, hay 2 sombrillas de playa Tommy Bahamas, 4 sillas de playa, 2 refrigeradores y muchas toallas de playa grandes. Decorado con buen gusto, se sentirá como en casa pero con un toque de isla sutil para recordarle que sin duda está en el paraíso.

Se incluye estacionamiento gratuito en un puesto de estacionamiento dedicado. La propiedad cuenta con 2 canchas de tenis, 2 piscinas cerradas con muchas tumbonas y 2 áreas de barbacoa con barbacoa de gas para asar sus filetes y mariscos frescos.

Kihei es un territorio que peina playas en la costa suroeste de Maui, el extremo más soleado y seco de la isla. Kihei Akahi se encuentra frente a la playa Kamaole II, que es una de las tres mejores playas de Maui y está a solo unos minutos a pie de nuestro condominio.

Great 8 nights in Kihei!

My wife and I and two teens stayed 8 nights here and absolutely loved the unit. The check in process was seamless and the owner Audrey was very quick to respond and helpful.The location is great - right across from a great beach and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. We will be back!

Beautiful property

The attention to detail at this property was impressive. The grounds featured manicured gardens, the common areas were constantly being cleaned, and the location was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo was comfortable and the views from the lanai amazing. We enjoyed our stay here.

Maui Marathon Vacation

This beachfront condo in Kihei, Maui, exceeded all of our expectations! The location is absolutely perfect—just steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views right from the lanai. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with a starter kit of essentials for everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to stunning sunrises over the water. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this condo for an unforgettable Maui vacation!

Perfect week

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect. There were umbrellas, chairs, coolers, pickleball paddles, and even boogies boards!! The location was great, and the provided parking spot was an easy walk from the elevator. Loved how the kids got separate beds- I'm sure they appreciated it more then we did :) Thank you for letting us stay- we had a great time!

Amazing property

We had such a wonderful week. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The grounds are just beautiful and pools very nice too. Each evening we crossed the street to witness the beautiful sunset - there is a crosswalk right in front of the complex. Owners were great to work with. Hope to come again.

Great location. Nice view. Super close to beaches. Nice area of Kihei. A/C was great for master bedroom and living area. Second bedroom doesn’t have but it stayed cool enough for our daughter. Very clean and had everything we needed. Love the gas stove!

Serene Retreat in Kihei: A Perfect Family Getaway

We recently stayed at the Condo in Maui, Hawaii, from April 16 to April 20, and it was a delightful experience. The condo provided a serene escape for my family of four, with the soothing soundtrack of birdsong greeting us each morning. Our breakfasts on the patio became a cherished routine, complete with a friendly little bird we affectionately named Red. One of the highlights of our stay was the condo's ideal location. Not only did it offer a peaceful atmosphere, but it was also conveniently situated for exploring all that Maui has to offer. Whether we were venturing locally or taking scenic drives to discover new sights, the condo served as the perfect home base. Moreover, the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Their attentiveness ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable vacation. We're grateful for their hospitality and for sharing their lovely condo with us. Overall, our time at the Condo in Kihei was nothing short of wonderful. From the tranquil surroundings to the warm hospitality, it exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay in the future.

Perfect location

We spent 5 nights at this beautiful condo, which is perfectly located across the street from the beach. The condo was very clean and perfectly equipped with everything you could need. The balcony had a perfect view of the ocean and we spent a lot of time eating and relaxing there. The beds were very comfortable. I found the complex to be very quiet since it is back from the main road. My daughter had a wonderful time in her twin bed and swimming in the two community pools. We had a question at check in and the host responded immediately, which I really appreciated. This is a great place for a family wanting to enjoy the beach and walk to the great restaurants in Kihei.

Amazing family vacay in Kihei

Property was clean and wonderfully comfortable for our family of four. Location was ideal as right across the beach and within walking distance for food and shopping (and shave ice). Host communication was excellent.

Beautiful comfortable condo

This condo was fantastic - it was spacious, clean, the best hosts we could ask for, and just had everything we needed to be comfortable. The view was also incredible! Everything was so great but we likely wouldn't recommend this particular unit to a family with toddlers as the drive way was a long steep battle after a day at the beach but otherwise it was absolutely perfect!

Was amazing

I went with my husband and 2 friends. Walking to the cinnamon roll place they put in the book abd watching the sun rise was beyond peacefull. Definitely try and see as much as possible. The island is beyong beautiful. The house has everything you need. But if someone is sleeping in the spare bedroom make sure to open the windows it helps alot with the breeze at night. Plus the fan in the closet you can put at the door

Perfect Location Comfortable Stay

We loved the location towards the back of the complex. Still an easy walk to the beach, but far enough from the hustle and bustle. Wonderful view of the sunset from the patio. Nice outside space for early morning coffee and evening cocktails. The place has a nice open layout. Kitchen was at the perfect size with everything you may need.

Everything Right

I've been visiting Hawaii for just short of 60 years. This property reminds me of the way it was when I was a kid, only better. Comfortable, clean, well maintained, low key. Growing up our family mostly had a place less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, just like here. The view over the property with the ocean and sunset beyond connects me with the place more than being right on the ocean. Also, if atmospheric conditions are right, one can see the green "flash" from the lanai. FYI, it's much longer than a flash. Additionally, this unit comes with a prime parking spot. We'll be back.
