Overall nice but could use some serious TLC

Due to unforeseen circumstances that were never informed to us, we were transferred from the place we initially rented to H206. Overall H206 was nice but could use some serious TLC in areas. The living room was nice, the bedroom was nice. The master bathroom was nice except the toilet tank ran consistently every 15-20 minutes throughout our stay. We had maintenance come 3 times to try and fix it but they could never fix it properly. My wife is a light sleeper so it bothered her more than me.The kitchen was older and had a few issues. There was a limited amount of supplies. So we had to get creative sometimes. The fridge handle re-broke during our stay. The dishwasher looks very old but works ok.The 2nd bathroom was a little dirty especially around the shower and the sliding shower door came out of it’s tracks, but maintenance came to fix that too. The door return rod pulled out of the drywall twice when we were there. We had maintenance come and fix that as well. My wife swept and swiffered multiple times as the floor was very dirty.We are not high end people and as long as the unit is clean and maintained well we are satisfied. We had maintenance come at least 5 times. They were responsive and did their best to try and solve the issues. A lot of the issues were superficial and I am sure with a few hours of extra cleaning and maintenance, the unit would be very nice.We have stayed at the Maui Banyan several times as we feel the location and amenities are 2nd to none.
