I am so disappointed with this hotel. I book a room base on the pictures of the room instead I got one of the worst rooms , noise, dirty carpet, window in front of the parking lot as a result no privacy. Please be aware when you make the decision to book a room.

This is a beautiful property. Renee was very helpful and friendly when we checked in. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed and bedding were comfortable. There was a wide variety of breakfast foods to choose from and everything was very good. There were even real dishes and flatware. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will stay again if we're ever in the area.

Everything was fantastic with the exception of the parking. You have to drive up more or less a single lane ramp to get to the parking area. The lines for the parking spaces were very narrow. We had to be very careful when we opened our doors that we didn’t hit the car next to us. Those lines need to be expanded to allow for parking so that people won’t be dinging other people‘s doors when they open their door.

Decent breakfast and very close to Mt Rushmore. A little dated but everything works. Highway in front of property can be loud during day but shutting window fixes that. I enjoyed the balcony. Try to get on 3rd floor. We arrived late and were put on the 2nd floor across from game room which is rather loud.

The room was not as clean as advertised. The shower was very small with rust coming out of the facet. The breakfast was processed food and served cold. Good coffee but horrible biscuits and gravy. The pillow sheet looked like they were use. Wrinkled and smells like damped socks. Staff did not speak English

Great stay at the Roosevelt Inn. It’s real charming and has a nice breakfast. Staff was real friendly as well. It’s like a 5 min or less drive to Mt. Rushmore too!

Very clean & comfortable rooms. Nice towels & bedding. Breakfast was very good. I liked the real utensils, coffee cups & plates. Staff was efficient and kept the food fresh. The pool was nice, small but clean. I did enjoy sitting on the balcony, watching the sunset. The outside light did not shut off, so we had that light shining on us all night.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience here. When we asked for two extra pillows, the staff delivered them in minutes. Great recommendations on nighttime ceremony at the monument and The Powderhouse restaurant. Love this place.

This was a great place to stay in Keystone. A little past all the hubbub, but very walkable to ships and restaurants. The staff was so friendly and the included breakfast was delicious! If you stay on the 2nd or 3rd level, there are private balconies with stunning views.

Our stay was wonderful. The only constructive feedback I have is about the pool. There were some floor tiles that were not laying flat that could be a tripping hazard. Also, the steps leading into the pool are difficult to navigate getting in. The top step is a good foot from the pool deck which made getting out of the pool difficult as I was dealing with a leg injury. Lastly, the railing for the pool stairs was quite loose. But none of that took away from our experience and we will stay again if in the area. I just wanted to point them out as they can be safety issues.
