Love that is was family owned and the owners we visible, helpful and very easy to talk two. The property was extremely clean and it was a nice touch for you to be able to use complimentary kayaks. Nice property with lots of trees and a small beach. The staff were attentive, the rooms were very clean, and the location is convenient, close to a grocery store. Downsides were some road noise at night, a strong chemical smell in the room at first (which improved after housekeeping cleaned the floor), and limited breakfast options beyond scones. Overall, a solid 4/5 and a decent place to stay.

The property is well-kept. Gradens were beautiful. The pool was clean and refreshing- and had some shade! The beach area was nice, sandy, able to swim of the resort shoreline. The room was clean, spacious (unit 16). The staff was really friendly and helpful. The homemade scones each morning (6 flavors to choose from!!) were delicious! Made good use of their free kayaks. Saw dolphins and manatees while kayaking.
