This 2nd floor unit offers the convenience of single level living with easy elevator access. This beautiful property features 1 bedroom with a king bed, one and a half baths, and an additional oversized open living space with a sofa bed. The living area has a 65" flat screen tv to enjoy your favorite shows and a 55" tv in the bedroom. The coastal decor is warm and inviting bringing you the feel of the beautiful Florida Keys in every room. The view of the water is unobstructed from the living room, kitchen, dining and bedroom area allowing you to enjoy the sunset from every room. You will feel like you are in your own private oasis overlooking the sandy beach lined with palm trees as you look out into the sunset from your own huge private screened balcony. The balcony runs across the entire back of the bedroom and the entire back of the living room area and is approx 35ft wide.
Nestled within 14 acres in the exclusive gated Rock Harbor Club you will enjoy the many resort style amenities including a fitness room in the clubhouse, a pool, sauna, tennis court, grills, basketball courts and swimmimg in the water by the beach area.
