This lovely two story half duplex in Key Colony Beach offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and abundant living space on both levels.

The upper level offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with oversized breakfast bar and abundant living space. The lower level offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchenette and den.

Key Colony Beach offers a par 3, nine-hole golf course, public pickle ball courts, Sunset Park, several restaurants, clothing boutiques and charter fishing center.

- Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests' max occupancy

The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

We loved the property and the set up. There were some issues with maintance. We summitted a list. Otherwise, it was perfect for our family of 7 (all over 18) and we enjoyed our stay.

We greatly enjoyed this house! It’s a beautiful home nicely decorated, very clean! The pool is nice and large and it’s right on the water which is so convenient for having a boat! I love key colony and I would love to stay in this home again in the future.

Great Family House

Perfect family house for adults and teens. The only downside was that there is no ladder to access the canal, so teens were unable to use their paddleboards and kayaks.
