Perfect stay in every way. WATCH OUT for the top stair on each level as they are about 1.5” higher than the rest and it is easy to trip. You’ll get used to it, but just be careful the first few times going up and down the stairs. Otherwise, truly a perfect experience.

We enjoyed staying in this condo so much! Beautiful area. We have never been to the keys, and totally enjoyed this small community. Close to marathon activities, but off the path. The view from deck was always captivating..: and the lights in the dock at night made it fun to watch the fish.

Magical Christmas

We stayed over Christmas with a family of 6 (grandparents, parents and 2 adult children). The condo was the perfect size for 6 adults. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable! Very modern appliances. The condo patio with the view of the water is spectacular! Very nice pool and hot tub with plenty of beach chairs. The property is gorgeous, very well groomed and maintained. The property manager was very kind and communicated everything we needed very timely. Overall an absolutely fantastic location! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing spot in The Keys!

Great Stay

Had a great family vacation at Key Colony Point. The property is very nice and the condo is large and appointed well. Management was excellent and the process to rent was very easy. My family had a wonderful time and hopefully we will be back soon.

Wonderful Week in the Keys!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at KCP. The condo is beautiful and just as pictured. The grounds are lovely and so relaxing, whether we were at the pool or one of the beaches. We had a fantastic time! Looking forward to visiting again.

My wife and I took our 2 kids and her parents to the Keys for a week. Outstanding location at KCB. Everything you need is so close. Condo was as advertised, fantastic pool, tennis court, basketball, pier. Only cons were there was not much of a beach to hang with the kids. Other than that, great experience! Thanks KCP @ KCB!

Property has a great location and a great view

We enjoyed the location, pool and wonderful dock. We fished off it and enjoyed amazing sunsets, too. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the lower balcony off the living room. The bathroom were luxurious and we had all the linens we needed. We appreciated the washer dryer to dry towels and suits after some fun. The screened in lower level was a surprise and super convenient for storing fishing gear and drying towels, etc. The beds were not comfortable and the sheets in the master were older and pilling. That was our major complaint, if the beds were updated we’d totally stay again!

"Best Ever"

Took our 18 to 25-year old children and son brought his girlfriend. We went scuba diving, fished of the dock, went to Key West, hung out at the pool, bicycled and ate some great food! We wanted to snorkel and kayak, but the wind was just too much and the operators canceled those two days. Parking at the condo was great with a covered space plus surface for second car. Great location and view

Check-in was easy. Asked about the propane tank for the grill and the manager came right over! Property & pool are very well taken care of. Kitchen was well stocked. Even little extras like some spices, laundry & dishwasher detergent, sunscreen and plenty of towels. Beds are very firm but that’s probably only my issue :) The location is great, close to restaurants, grocery & not that far from Key West. Recommend the Turtle Hospital! The walking lane on the road is great too! Rooms are huge with plenty of storage! Stairs will be an issue for someone unable to climb the stairs. Will definitely return!

Friends Vacation 2022

My friends and I decided to spend a week in the Keys for our vacation this year. Usually there is ten of us. But two couples couldn't go this year. We found this three bedroom three bath and it couldn't have worked out better. The townhouse was very clean and welcoming. It had all the amenities we needed. The pool was exceptionally clean and the were grounds keepers everyday making sure the property well maintained. We all agree this was a great place to vacation and we will return.

Glorious vacation

I have been visiting the Florida Keys since I was 12 years old and my children their whole lives and Key Colony has always been a location as part of our visits. The location of this condo and the condo itself is perfect and will be a must stay in our future Florida Keys trips. Well stocked for cooking for a family as well as steps from the beach and pool. I felt the stress melt off immediately. Can't wait till our next visit.
