We changed from an island view, after a couple of days, to the ocean view and it was 1000 times better! We had been looking at the roof! We had a initially wanted an ocean view, but nothing was left by the time we got our vacation booked! The staff made the change, absolutely problem free we just went from one room to the other when it was ready! The staff members are outstanding and could not have been more helpful! We enjoyed having two pools and we used them both and there were always plenty of lawn chairs and umbrellas! We would’ve love to have coffee down in the lobby rather than a Keurig, we also would’ve loved to have breakfast right there at the resort, but it is not offered. However, we understand that the staff does need some time off.

Little outdated room with a new shower. We stayed in Havana 5. Pool and hot tub was nice and easily accessible. Nice little spot to relax on the beach and at the time we went there was plenty of room and not crowded. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and responsive. The workout room was nice with machines, dumbbells, and TRX suspension straps. The restaurant next door was great with live nightly music. Hope to return in the future.

The proximity to the beach from the bottom floor suite was perfect. Room was spacious and had full size refrigerator, oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean linens. Clean room. Warm shower. Plenty of towels and cloths. Highly recommended. I'll be back!

We stayed in a three bedroom villa. We felt like we had our own private piece of the sea. Our sliding doors facing the ocean had a little patio and a few steps to a large patio with grill. Large table and chairs all privately attached to our unit. My adult kids thought it was the nicest place we have rented. We decided to eat in because nobody wanted to leave.
