The house was perfect for our family and friends. Everything was clean and neat, the house was renovated very nicely and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had babies and toddlers in our group and the house was very accommodating with high chairs, a crib and packnplay. The canal was wide and perfect to dock our boat and there was a couple of nice sandbars in the area. Plenty of ramps nearby to launch your boat. Also a short walk from Sunset Park, a great place to catch the sunset or even have the kids splash around in a small shaded beach. The host was also very responsive. We had to reach out to the host for a concern with one of the AC units and they sent someone over right away. I would definitely come back to this house again. Thank you!

The property is stunning and listed exactly as pictured. The thing that we loved the most is that they have taken every child safety precaution like double layered safety gates around the pool, multiple types of child locks on the doors, proper balcony heights on the glass, stair lighting and slip treads, timers on the pool hose, etc. So much attention to detail. One thing I will add (this is not a bad thing and isn’t able to be controlled because of literal nature) - the sand area outside with seating, hammocks, fire pit, etc - ants LOVE sand. They had built their ant hills in there. So if you are allergic to ant bites or have little ones - please be careful in this area especially when it’s dark outside. This is no one’s fault. It’s nature. Amazing communication from the house manager, super clean, and you have everything you need inside. The double washer and dryer is as also a great feature. Highly recommend.
