Enjoy the Florida Keys lifestyle outdoors with a stunning covered patio complete with dining space, an outdoor TV, refreshing outdoor shower, and private pool. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a large island - perfect for family meals or happy hour prep. There is a separate laundry room for added convenience.

The spacious primary suite offers a king bed and a spa-like en suite bathroom with a massive walk-in shower. The guest wing includes a queen bedroom that connects to a third bedroom with two twin beds and direct access to the pool areaperfect for families! *You must walk through the queen room to access the double twin room*

Bring your boat! The home sits on a canal and includes a boat lift (required, max 26 ft V-hull only). Covered parking. Trailer will need to be stored off site at KCB trailer lot, owner has trailer stored on property and KCB has a 1 trailer per home restriction.
