The rooms definitely need an upgrade .. this is not what I would consider and executive king suite . Our room did not get replenished and tidied despite hanging the request on the door at 9:00 am .. we had an iron Billy no ironing board… definitely needs work !

Busy Kelowna Hotel. Nothing special here. You stay you go. It has a indoor court yard pool which would be cool in the winter. Location is good but your neighbours are loud no matter what. Denny's is attached - yummm

Met our needs for a medical visit.

We booked with them for the room size we were able to get, we need the separate bedroom for our stays and the price was reasonable. This hotel at least in the tower is in need of an update, it's old. But was clean and has the restaurant, bar etc. Overall satisfied.

It was actually disappointing We have stayed at Sandmans several times in the past so was happy to book a night as we traveled thru Kelowna. The best i can say was that it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had no garbage can except a very small one in the bathroom, only one facecloth and the duvet co et had a stain in the middle. If that was an example of the preferred status that you offer scotiabank clients, I will definitely book elsewhere in the future.
