We've spent a few vacations always staying at Accent, Victoria BC, Richmond BC, and Kelowna BC. This time was a wee bit disappointing in Kelowna simply because they've bought into this woke ideology or if you prefer ESG score card. Lobby washroom states gender-neutral. the little ducky on the edge of the tub, now has a pride flag on it's tiny little tail. Please don't take this as bigotry, some of my best friend's and family members identify as gay and even they are sick of all these corporate attempts. Do we really care about someone's sexual preference? Not this guy! So Accent, please get a grip, stop playing into ESG one of the largest scams to keep shareholders and bankers happy and customers wondering do I spend my dollar with Accent regardless of great informative friendly staff and clean rooms. Thanks for asking for my review Expedia past it on to Accent Corporate

Very nice room. Comfy beds and lots of cable channels available on the smart TV. Efficient front desk staff. Busier area a little further from downtown but restaurants and Starbucks close by. I’d definitely recommend this property for those who don’t necessarily want to be close to downtown or in a walkable area.

Very friendly and cooperative staff. The mattress for the bed was lumpy and completely unacceptable. The tub and shower valve were in very poor condition and barely usable. The staff were great and the room was clean but the other deterrents would prevent me from staying there again.

Good hotel reasonably priced. I suggest you stay at the front if you can because the rear has an exhaust vent in the parking lot. Friendly staff and was easy to check in and check out, complementary breakfast is $10 voucher for a $20 breakfast so beware. Rooms are renovated and nice lighting, fairly comfortable. We will go back again sometime.

My wife and I had a confirmed reservation at Accent Inn Kelowna through Expedia, but when we arrived around 1AM, we were shocked to learn that the hotel had rebooked our room without notifying us. Instead of honouring our booking, we were turned away in the middle of the night as they were fully booked. We tried calling around, but every hotel in Kelowna was fully booked. With no other options, we were forced to sleep in our vehicle. This was an incredibly stressful and unacceptable situation that ruined our night. Future travelers should be warned: a confirmed reservation here may not actually mean you’ll have a room when you arrive. I strongly recommend choosing another hotel if you want peace of mind that your booking will be honoured.

A very simple, but low end hotel. Construction happening behind the hotel, and road noise in front. Quite a population of homeless within the blocks surrounding the hotel.

Friendly staff, willing to help. Breakfast at the adjoined restaurant was welcoming. We had a kitchenette, in which it helped with preparing easy meals. Tried to use the bikes on site, one had a flat and couldn't be fixed even tried to put air in it. Very limited on bikes. Beds were a little hard for my liking.
