Top Notch!

We had a blast in paradise and look forward to using Ana's services again. Communication may be short, but believe me...trust the process. As some information and descriptions of the property did not match the VRBO listing, the property exceeded our expectations. The gem is nestled in Ko Olina, Oahu on a big property filled with pools, hot tubs; plus beach and lagoon access. This beautiful place is stylishly designed and thoghtfully family friendly. I cannot speak enough about the staff and their attentive attention to details our ENTIRE trip. My mother has ADA needs and all provisions that could be made, were extended. All in all, thee gem on the island is this place here. Special shout outs to:Lani TianaAriana Gaitor Ohana

Vacation full of anxiety

Good location, nice property. Booked through VRBO app, set for 3 nights a month in advance, needed to attend a wedding and a graduation. Added a day to the travel plans and some how our reservation was canceled for the original dates. So basically had 1 night booked, the other days were canceled. Lost 2 days of rest and relaxation not to mention We had to check in and out every day of our short stay. Was not able to enjoy anything as we were always having to pack our things to check into another room every morning. Unable to enjoy a cup of coffee and wat h the sunrise or have breakfast. Needed to put off excursions because we needed to check in to another room everyday. I guess atleast we got to attend the events and not celebrate. Hopefully someone else will not have to go through the anxiety of cancelations by miscommunications. Not to mention the front desk just puts it on the owner. We did encounter a few really helpful and compassionate front desk staff that sympathize with us and tried their best to make it so we weren't sleeping on the lobby floor but still didn't get to enjoy our vacation to the fullest.

Great stay

We had a great stay at the Marriott Ko Olina. Easy check in and check out. Very clean, and had a fantastic view of the pool and ocean.
