The heat came on and would not turn off all night. They couldnt put us into another room because they were full. It was hot! The hotel said they would refund the room but expidia nor the hotel has lived up to their word.

On the 4th floor. Very clean!! Maid found a key thing my son in law left in the room, they had left I was in my room, she found we were family, gave it to me! Staff very friendly, when we checked in, AD did a great job. Friendly & in a timely manner. Breakfast wonderful, happy hour nice touch. Gal behind the counter, not sure her name, very friendly, great service. Fantastic stay. Thank you!!

NO housekeeping services on 12/25, no one mentioned this was happen prior. I was not notified that a traveler could option out of housekeeping services, nothing said at check in and no info in the room. Front de\sk person on 12/25 was not too concerned. I did receive HH points as a remedy.

We stayed here for a full week and overall had a positive experience. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight — the made-to-order omelets were excellent, and the buffet offered plenty of options like bagels, fruit, cereal, waffles, and more. Coffee was always available in the lobby, which we loved. The nightly happy hour was another great perk. two free drinks each night and genuinely good dinner options. The hotel also has a gym and indoor pool, and the gym’s filtered water station was very convenient. The lobby and reception area are beautiful and very welcoming, and staff was quick to provide requested items like towels and toiletries. There were a few maintenance concerns. The bathrooms near the pool and gym had an unpleasant odor and weren’t as clean as expected, though other restrooms in the hotel were well kept. Our room was comfortable but a bit outdated, with noticeable condensation on the windows. At checkout, we noticed what looks to be mold around the window. I experienced allergy symptoms during our stay, though it’s hard to say whether that was due to weather or this issue. There was also damage near the bathtub (photo attached), and some plumbing issues — water could be heard draining in the entryway and bathroom, and the toilet required holding the handle down to flush properly. Overall, this property has great service and amenities, but building management should consider investing in room renovations and maintenance.

A mixed review. We have stayed at Embassy Suites multiple times. The room was fine, but the overall experience was disappointing. We specifically booked this hotel for the breakfast, knowing that very little would be open on Christmas Day. Unfortunately, breakfast did not meet Embassy Suites standards at this location. The omelet station was closed on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and there was no Belgian Waffle mix available. More was expected form a Hilton property...reducing standard services is not acceptable, especially on a holiday.

It was ok. Nothing to complain about. Love their interior. Pool was closed :-( gym was open, but several machines were out of service. The only good thing about their breakfast is the guy who was in charge of omelette. He did amazing job. Other than that… it was ok :-)
