Staff was extremely friendly, the parking was perfect but the only thing was the dust on top of the headboard of the bed , it looked like it was never dusted. With that said , I told the desk at check out and she said it will be taken care of.

The staff is amazing. Very friendly and goes out of their way to assist you. The breakfast is beyond expectations. Clean room, comfortable bed. I had a one night stay and ended up doing 3 nights.

Let me start with the first room we were put in. It had active bed bugs and towels that were dirty folded back up and put out for use. After a complaint at the front desk we were upgraded to a king suite which was not an upgrade at all but another disappointment. More bed bugs this time they must have been upgraded cause they were huge. Then my wife goes in to shower and the handle in the bathroom breaks off locking her inside. Went back down and said something to the front desk and they apologized but said there was no where else to put us. At this point we couldn't even get into another hotel as the area was full. We both woke up with bites all over. The property manager said they would refund the full price but I needed to go through Expedia. After reaching out to Expedia they then only wanted to refund a quarter of the total.We contact corporate after the property manager hung up on both of us and then received a call saying they would fully refund it. STAY CLEAR FROM HERE. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting on a refund
