Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and large groups. Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in a vibrant neighborhood! During your stay you'll have full access to your unit the amenities offered.

Step inside to an open-concept living area that flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining space—perfect for gathering and relaxing. The home features a full bathroom and two comfortable bedrooms: one with a cozy queen bed, and the other with a spacious king bed and a TV for unwinding. A sliding patio door in the kitchen leads out to a fully fenced backyard, where you'll find a fire pit, picnic table, and hammock—ideal for enjoying the outdoors in comfort and privacy.

The fenced in backyard is shared with the unit next to this one. There is a gate that will allow you access to that area. Please note that both units will share the space with their pets if you are bringing them.

No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine)

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee - $100 per pet per month for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.

Nice place

The place was nice. Close to everything. And owner had great communication. It was fully stocked with dishes and all. (We made our own breakfast). Was nice having a washer and dryer downstairs in the basement. Only issue, which is not owners fault, is the living room temperature couldn't keep up with the heat. It stayed around 78 degrees during the day( we sat the temp. To 68.) But the 2 bedrooms would freeze you out at night:).

Poor location, not clean, extremely poor communication, left after one day of no response to issues and paid for a hotel. Had changed dates earlier and did not get the refund I was told I would get. Still trying today to get money back (not from leaving early but cancelled nights before we stayed there) and it is not going to happen. All you get is automated messages

Comfortable centrally located place

This is a place that immediately feels like home! It is centrally located, close to downtown, restaurants, and the zoo. The pictures are very accurate. The beds are very comfortable as are the couches. The kitchen had everything we needed, very well stocked. I would highly recommend this house!
