Repeat Visitor- Perfect Vacay

Everything about this condo is so good that my husband and I have already stayed there twice. Communicating with the owner is easy. He is always very responsive to any questions via text, email or phone. The condo is well equipped, clean, spacious and conveniently located near beautiful beaches, fish ponds, walking paths and shops/restaurants. It is located on the sunny side of Hawaii and offers great weather year round. Perfect for a peaceful and chill getaway.

Fantastic stay - start to finish

We cannot say enough good things about this property. The owner, Lee, was an incredible host. Very accommodating when our travel plans were interrupted by a flight cancellation. The suite itself is above five stars! Spacious, comfortable, Lee has thought of everything. As a perfectionistic person myself, I really appreciated all the signs and guidance on where things were located and how to manage the temperature in the suite. The kitchen is incredible with top end appliances. We did not cook, but if you were a chef, you would love it here. The living room sofa is so comfortable and the TV has many channels. The king size bed is very comfortable. The main bathroom is huge and, lots of space to spread out cosmetics and grooming supplies on the double sink countertop. Huge walk-in shower. The location of this unit is truly incredible. It is a one minute walk to the pool and hot tub. A 5 min walk to a sandy beach. We used the hot tub every single night . The snorkelling out in front of this location is some of the best on the island. It was the only place we saw a turtles underwater. We explored the whole island, including the volcano, national park, and the observatory for stargazing. When coming back to the big island, we will definitely look for this suite again. Amazing stay at Mauna Lani Terrace Condos

Lee's condo at Mauna Lani Terrace was even better than advertised. It's the perfect location with access to the beach club and resort property for relaxing days and amazing snorkeling. Great spot for golf as well, and easy access to everything along the beautiful Kohala coast. The condo itself was gorgeous, quiet, spacious, and had everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as beach towels and other practical amenities. I will stay here again!

Wonderful Place!

Five minutes walking to beach! When my wife and I visited, the night we got there there was an unusual 5 inches of rain. This caused flooding north of us and shut down many beaches, but not the beach at Mauna Lani. It was great to walk to, no car needed. The Lenai (covered porch) was very comfortable in the morning and the evening. The air conditioning worked great, keeping the inside cool enough to sleep comfortably. Fans provided throughout were very nice as well. TV was good sized. Kitchen was well stocked. It was really an exceptional place to stay for the two of us. We had a good time and will likely return at some point!

Beautiful & peaceful condo

Beautifully appointed condo, perfect for two people with all you could want for a clean, comfortable stay. Loved the large sliders onto the Lanai and new appliances. The owner was attentive in communicating and following up with any questions or request. The atmosphere at this location was quiet with a wonderful beach to enjoy close by - a great place to escape and relax.

Great condo for a relaxed stay

First time staying in this condo, for a relaxing 3-week winter escape. Lee, the owner, is great to work with. Everything is as shown in the listing, no surprises. Location was great for us...the lanai is in the shade all day, in a quiet corner of the condo community. High end furnishings and accessories, easy parking, clean, updated, and modern. Good kitchen and entertainment tech. This is a very easy place to settle in and relax.

So Relaxing!

This condo is perfect. Quiet, private and very comfortable. We spent much of our time on the lanai enjoying the views. Never needed the air conditioning -the ocean breeze and the fans kept everything very comfortable.

Peaceful and Relaxing!

We had a great time at the Terrace Lagoons overlooking the fish lagoons. A shopping mall and grocery store is within a 10 min walk or 3 min drive. 5 star restaurants are within a 5 min walk or drive. Our place was clean and inviting and the check in process was easy because we watched the instructional videos that Lee provided to us. He was very easy to reach when we had questions. Everything you could possibly need is included in the property, the appliances and the air conditioning worked wonderfully! The walkways are pleasant for purposes of exercise. The pool area was beautiful and quiet. This was our first time staying at the Lagoons and will be sure to visit again in the future. Thank you to the owner Lee!

100% perfect. OK, maybe 110% perfect

Everything about the Mauna Lani Lagoon Terrace condo was great. The location allows easy access to the beach (5 minute walk) or pool (60-second walk), along with the rest of the Big Island (Kona, Mauna Kea, Volcanos...). The unit is quiet and comfortable (fans were great, never even thought about the AC), and it basically has every amenity that you could wish for. Everything in the kitchen is top-notch. Everything in the condo is top-notch! The lanai was a perfect space from early mornings through evenings. We'll definitely look for this condo again on our next trip to the Big Island.

Wonderful stay at Mauna Lani Lagoon Terrace.

Lovely condo at the Lagoon Terraces at the Mauna Lani resort area. No view of the ocean but nice overlooking the lagoon. Very well stocked, everything you need including beach chairs, ice chest, spices, large washer/dryer, 2 full baths. Access to the beach club was great and easy walk next door to the Mauna Lani resort. Pool area for the condos was wonderful, usually empty. Location was near Waikoloa and Mauna Kea/Hapuna. Unit was exactly as described and communication with the owner could not have been better.

The Perfect Hawaiian Getaway

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying here to celebrate our 25th anniversary and it was nothing short of perfect! The location was beautiful with a view out onto the lagoon and conveniently located very close to excellent walking paths that led to nearby beaches. The condo was thoughtfully configured with a wonderful kitchen, new laundry appliances and luxurious towels and other amenities. SUPER relaxing and absolutely first rate! Fantastic communication with the owner, too, who went out of his way to ensure our stay was everything we expected. In short, one of the best places we've stayed on the Big Island. Highly recommend!

Mauna Lani Terrace

The Mauna Lani Terrace was wonderful. As a single woman, I felt very safe and well cared for. As others have said, this condo sits between the Auberge Hotel and the Beach Club, both very easy to walk to. I enjoyed walking everywhere. The Fairmont is also close by as are several restaurant choices. I enjoyed the pool and the beach. It was easy to cook in the kitchen as well as go out to dinner. Lee was a wonderful host. He checked in on me via email several times and offered me a very nice gift for my birthday celebration. Wish the lanai had fit in my suitcase. Lovely stay all around.

Beautiful Location

Mauna Lani Terrace is unmatched for its location at the fish ponds. Definitely the most peaceful and beautiful place we have stayed at on the Big Island and this unit is in a great spot on the property, close to the pool, easy parking, and access to the ponds and beach. The condo is clean, modern and up to date with very cool gadgets and premium appliances! We practically lived out on the lanai which is very quiet and has many fish and birds to enjoy! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!!

We stayed at LagoonView Terrace for our 10 year Anniversary and it was amazing! We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the condo since it was even better than the pictures! We spent a lot of time on the lanai watching the fish jump and listening to the birds. The pool area is a 30 second walk from the condo and is very well maintained. There are cabanas for shade and there were always plenty of lounge chairs. Lee is a wonderful host! He checked in on us a few times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and provided a great recommendation for our anniversary dinner! We will definitely be coming back to LagoonView Terrace!

Great Vacation Property!

This was our second stay at Mauna Lani Terrace but our first in this unit. Initially we were concerned that a ground floor unit may be too close to the lagoon, but it was just the opposite. We loved watching the birds and fish up close. The unit is so nicely appointed, with everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Lee was great to work with, and checked in several times just to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I love how close the Terrace condo's are to the beaches, golf course and resort. This is a unit we will definitely be coming back to again.
