Great location. Comfortable beds. Very well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. Stocked well with beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards etc. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to communications throughout the entire process of booking and our stay.

A fabulous house and outdoor setting with pool and hot tub! Well equipped! Management was very helpful and responsive. Good location for shopping and access to nearby beaches. The five bedrooms (two with twin beds) worked out perfectly for all of us… parents, kids, grandkids all loved it!

Great home for groups.

The overall stay was excellent. We enjoyed the back yard pool and bbq. The rooms provided plenty of space and bathrooms. Easy access from main highway and close to golf and shopping. Pictures were very accurate.

Lava rock paradise

What a wonderful experience! Plenty of room for our blended family of 9. The location and views were incredible, close to wonderful beaches and easy access to anywhere on the island. Would definitely recommend this place and stay there again.

Great place to stay

We had a perfect stay here. It’s in a standalone development but nearby to a resort area with markets, shops, and restaurants. It was enjoyable to hang out at the house/pool and there are also a lot of great beaches within a 15 minute radius. We ended up exploring most of the island and it was an ideal base to visit Kona, Waimea, Hilo, and even a manageable day trip to Volcanoes National Park. Hosts were friendly and responsive but not intrusive. Would love to come back again someday soon.

Family vacation

Excellent property. Perfect for a family group (we were 10 with 2 children and 2 toddlers. The pool was a highlight for the kids. I highly recommend staying here. The neighborhood is in the middle of a lava field. The yard is landscaped beautiful and it has a great view of Maura Kea.

Another lovely stay

This is a beautiful house and setting. This house has everything you need. The kitchen has every gadget you need and plenty of room to cook. We woke up to the sunrise over the mountains. The pool and hot tub combo worked well for those times you did not want to venture out to one of several nearby beaches. Really we could not ask for anything more!

Best Vacation Ever!

This property and the experience exceeded our expectations! We had a nice balance of a private pool and an amazing beach close by that we loved! And cooked at “home” with a well stocked kitchen and ate out nearby. It was a DREAM vacation! We will be back! Thanks Mike for all your assistance in making our time flawless!

Best family vacation

The property was as described. It was generously stocked with toiletries, beach towels, beach and pool amenities. Enough beach chairs and umbrellas , several boogie boards, snorkeling gear. The house was perfect for our family of 10! Several beaches nearby enjoyed by the family. We loved the pool and the sunrises from the lanai! We were able to really enjoy family time on the home. It was so relaxing! Best family vacation ever! Didn't take any pictures of the house because they match those provided in the description. The big open area was perfect for family games!

Paradise

This home was truly a hub for making the best memories. We had never been to Hawaii so we found the location to be perfect, close to so many beaches and within a drive to many adventures. The house was the most stocked home I’ve ever stayed in, with everything labeled and easy to find. Our kids loved the pool, and we loved having the gym in the garage. Even beach accessories were provided! This was truly a gem of a home and made for SO many family memories, we hope to return!

We had my mom and dad, my sister, her husband, their kids and my husband, our kids and myself and there was plenty of space for everybody. The sleeping arrangements were very comfy, with plenty of privacy from the other couples. Plenty of space for everybody in the living areas. We really enjoyed the outside patio, the pool and the hot tub. Easy 10 minute drive to wonderful beaches, 10 minutes to shopping and necessities. Would absolutely stay at this property again and would recommend to friends.

Having the private pool was amazing and the kids practically lived in it! This is best stocked vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. Communication from the property manager was also great and they were very responsive. Overall I highly recommend this property for a relaxing trip to the Big Island!

From the moment we stepped into this 5-bedroom paradise on the Big Island, we were blown away. With a group of seven, one might expect to feel a bit cramped, but not here. The spacious layout and thoughtful design made it feel like everyone had their own personal retreat. The cleanliness was impeccable. A great deal of care is taken to ensure guests feel comfortable and at home. Every detail was thought of – from a well-equipped kitchen to comfy linens, this house had everything we needed for our week-long stay. This is a special shout-out to Mike, the property manager. He was truly the icing on the cake. Always available, attentive, Mike made our stay even more memorable. His dedication to guest satisfaction is evident, and it’s managers like him that turn a great vacation into an unforgettable one. In summary, if you're seeking a blend of beauty, comfort, and top-notch service on the Big Island, look no further. This place is a gem, and we cannot recommend it enough! We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

First family vaca with grandbabies

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Omg, where to start ! We had a party of ten, 6 adults , a 6 year old , a 8 year old and two babaies 13 months and 17 months . Mike , the manager had sent our emails out so everything was up and ready to begin our vaca the minute we got to the property . The Obama suite is a separate area from Rey of house and the oldest daughter and her husband and little one slept there , we had a Lucious master suite that opened to the pool and our Youngers and her family had the junior suite the kids all had their rooms and we a were up and ready for the first evening . The pool and spa were used 10 hours a day , the beaches and king shops and queen market were body a few minutes for groceries . The golf course was walkable , the area sunrise and sunset la were always favourite parts of our days . The few quarries we had , Mike was instantly responsive. We had a very late flight 1130 pm , then a delay so after midnight , after discussing with Mike a possible late check out , he gave us all evening until we needed to head to airport , giving us the nap times and supper with all of us and stress free of 12 hours of wondering g what to do . Mike is amazing , and so so much appreciated . The property , best ever close to everything away from bustle and close t beaches . I would so do this property again , the first family vaca with all the grandbabies was a hit and hope to someday return ...... I rate this a 10 out of ten

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home worked out great for our family. We spent the mornings at the beach then were able to relax while the grand kids swam and enjoyed the pool later in the day. The home was well stocked cooking and enjoying our was nice to be outside of town and close to the beaches we enjoy.Great family vacation !!
