"The staff was exceptional. Always willing to help and provide whatever is needed. Once we realized the lay of the island, the receptionist helped us get a rental car. The dining was superb. Breakfast was a great spread of options. Along with eggs or omlettes made fresh. Dinner was delicious. Again a range of choices and each we selected was wonderful. The room was very comfortable. The bed had firmness that we like. The staff upkeep of the room was generous, fresh towels daily. There is a great infinity pool that overlooks the sea. The staff will give insights to swimming locations. Swimming is great (August), no sandy beaches - Rocky beaches or coves you climb down to, to experience beautiful clear water. If you have a mask and snorkel bring them with you. Plus some sort of water footwear that allows you to traverse rocks. The location is remote. You need a car. Rideshare doesn't exist and taxis are few. Get a small car, Fiat Panda or the like. The roads are narrow, no shoulder, just stone walls from 1foot high to several feet high. Most rental cars are scraped on 1 or both sides. This was a super relaxed part of our vacation (even with the driving), the wind-down before flying home. Pantelleria Dream was just what we needed. It was a great introduction to Pantelleria, great food, helpful staff and peaceful stay."

"Hotel is new and the facilities are also very new. We didn’t really like the service though, there is little attention to the customer (for example the staff never comes by the pool to ask if we needed a drink or snack and the bars were almost always closed which meant we had to walk down to the restaurant to get any drink). Also breakfast is subpar, very little choice of savoury options. "
