There were renovations in the pool, so it was closed & the weight room was closed, 2 amenities I wanted to use. This needed to be advertised so I would have chosen another hotel. No discounts offered :(

Only bad experience was at check in. When booked with expedia 2 adults and 2 childs, site said we could have a roll out bed free of charge.
At check in the lady said that it is not free, and it is not offered free by any of their partners like expedia. I did not want to argue with the girl because, I was tired after a long day at the amazon, so I paid the additional $.
Next morning I checked expedia again and found the same room with the extra bed free of charge. I went back to the front desk (different lady) who told me that she would check with the manager, and showed them the expedia note (FOC), and they refund me. I hated the check in because of the lady comments, she could have said that she would check with her manager, but not liying that any of their partners offered it for free.
All the other employees were amazing, very kind and professional, they were so nice that we decided to eat all our meals at the hotel. Food was great!
Thanks to all the employees, we will be back!"
