As an international traveller, which I imagine many hotel users are, it would be so much better if the hotel managed a WhatsApp account so we could text. In particular I had to message to ask about the shuttle from the airport. Everyone who books an airport Hotel wants a shuttle from the airport. Why do I have to ask this information? It should be provided automatically. Having said that the bar was lovely and it had a pool table 😊. The room was fine but the bathroom had some interesting noises from the plumbing but actually everything worked well and I would recommend this."
