Over all was ok, except the restaurant service was really bad, the waitress were missing in action and not friendly at all, look like they were doing me a favor, when I have to pay the bill I can not find no one that was on Tuesday the 22 of January I eat 3 times hopping for improvement because I did not want to go outside, but at the end I give up very desapoimted with the service, the rest of the crew in the hotel were excellent specially the room service

ocean view rooms are great

Pros: Location
Cons: lower late check out for guests with late night flights to avoid going to another hotel-which i did for a flat rate, not 5 star but more then adequate
Location: Miraflores is a great location and this hotel is in the middle of it all with a great view of the ocean(if you book that room)..everything is close by
Not my first time here, centrally located in Miraflores with a gret view of the ocean, walking distance to Larcomar,(great view) rooftop pool which i never took advantage of till now.

A nice hotel but with alot of extras

I have stayed at this place many times with comfort, but this last time they had extra charge for the second person in the room, breakfast was to be included and was served till 11:00 AM on Sunday, but when we got there at 10:50, they said we need to order from menu and pay again, then it took them one hour thirty min. to serve us breakfast. Overall very disappointed and will not stay there again.

BEAUTIFUL AREA AND HOTEL

I STAYED HERE IN 2005 AND PAID ABOUT $* A NIGHT NOW 2009 ITS $* A NIGHT . BIG JUMP IN PRICE .... BEAUTIFUL HOTEL , VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS SERVICE .CHECK IN WAS FAST AND VERY FRENDLY. PERFECT ENGLISH !!! ALTOUGH I SPEAK OK SPANISH. BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW,VERY SAFE AREA, DELIGHTFUL BREAKFAST, SAFE BOX IN ROOM MADE ME FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE WITH MY MONEY. IF YOU EVER STAYED HERE YOU WOULD KNOW IT IS THE TOP # 1 HOTEL IN LIMA !! NOW I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO AFFORD TO STAY HERE..

Great Stay

From the time I arrived to the time I left, I felt I had outstanding service. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. There was great security and service. We were conveniently located across the street from a lovely mall which had a lively ocean view. I highly recommend at wonderful stay at this hotel.
